Next Phase Biosolutions (operating as Meat Tech) builds an operating system for small and mid-sized meat processors. Its platform combines vision AI for yield tracking, speech-first compliance software, and AI agents that put money back in the operator's pocket — priced as affordable SaaS so smaller plants aren't left out. The company also physically diverts by-products from landfill into revenue streams, with a verified pathway to carbon credits. Meat Tech is working with Ontario's main industry association and running a live deployment with the University of Guelph, with a province-wide rollout to follow.
