MORO is named after Marwan, the non-speaking autistic older brother of founder Mohamed Ali. Families spend years learning what every cue, routine and trigger means, and all of it lives in one or two people's heads. Every time a caregiver rotates, care resets. MORO turns that understanding into a living record any caregiver can pick up, so a new PSW gives informed care from the first hour instead of guessing. Built for autism, now used across ALS and dementia. Across completed pilots with care centers and autism camps, one center cut over an hour of communication logging, enough time to add a new program.
