Le Jrdn is an urban food systems company developing a new model for neighborhood-scale grocery systems. The company combines a proprietary modular vertical farming technology with a coordinated membership grocery model designed to reduce waste, stabilize demand, and improve access to fresh local food in urban environments. Through its jardin-épicerie concept, Le Jrdn grows living produce directly in-store while using a flexible subscription and “pick” model to coordinate purchasing behavior across a community of members.
