Built on more than 15 years of firsthand experience across construction and insurance restoration—including over a decade building and operating a construction business, AiNDORA was born from direct experience with the everyday bottlenecks that affect project execution.
Beyond improving project delivery, AiNDORA is focused on two challenges increasingly affecting insurance restoration and the broader construction ecosystem: the skilled-trades shortage and environmental impact.

By creating stronger pathways into the skilled trades and improving how talent is identified, developed and connected to opportunity, AiNDORA aims to help expand the skilled workforce needed to build, restore and maintain our communities.

At the same time, better-coordinated project execution can help reduce unnecessary travel, rework and material waste—contributing to lower carbon emissions and a more sustainable approach to restoration and construction.
