Latanya Monteith Housen is Regional Manager, Black Community Business Development, at TD Bank Group, based in the Greater Toronto Area. She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and over 20 years of banking experience. At TD, she leads efforts to connect Black entrepreneurs with tailored financing, mentorship, and advisory support, and is a frequent panelist and media contributor on small business banking, mortgages, and protecting personal assets from business liabilities.

Cylena Pollard

Cylena Pollard, CPA, CGA, is a Partner at MNP LLP in the Toronto North (Markham) office, appointed to the firm's partnership in its 2026 class. She provides assurance and advisory services to businesses across Ontario, building on a career path that includes senior manager and management roles within MNP's assurance practice.

Louis Edgar Jean-François

Louis-Edgar Jean-François, CPA, is Chairman & CEO of Groupe 3737, Canada's first pan-Canadian non-profit supporting ethnoculturally diverse entrepreneurs, now with 12 offices nationwide. He is co-founder and Chair of the Board of the Federation of African Canadian Economics (FACE), and Chair of the Chambre de Commerce de l'Est de Montréal. An accountant by training with degrees from HEC Montréal, he began his career at Deloitte before moving into finance and nonprofit leadership roles.
